This program is for young athletes age 14 to 20. This training is CrossFit at its core, but we add specific training to the program depending on the Athlete's sport.
You will become faster, stronger and your functional movements (agility) will improve. You will become a better athlete in your sport. Training solely within your sport is a potential cause of injury and a limitation to your improvement as an athlete. Add CrossFit to your sport-specific training, and you will be amazed at your progress compared to your peers. And the best part is, your coaches will notice too!
