CrossFit is constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement. Elements of track & field, gymnastics, and weightlifting are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual.

If you're an athlete and currently participating in sports, CrossFit will unlock speed and power you never realized you had. If you're not in shape and worried about taking the first step, do not be afraid. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or movements that you find in real life - pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting, and expands your abilities to perform these functions to unbelievable levels.

Who does CrossFit?

CrossFitters are extremely diverse in their experience, conditioning, and lives. CrossFitters range from stay-at-home moms and retirees to current and former college/professional athletes, and everybody in between. They are teachers, policemen, bankers, nurses, high school athletes and parents of those athletes.

CrossFit brings this extremely diverse group together to achieve one common goal - elite fitness. CrossFit teaches you to move your body with proper mechanics, stability, balance, and agility. You will feel the results in your everyday life.

What can I expect?

Classes are designed for scalability and apply equally well to all individuals no matter their age or fitness level - as long as they are willing to put forth the effort. By varying the load and intensity, you start at a level appropriate to your fitness level and experience. This means everyone does the same workout varied only by their ability to perform it.

CrossFit is not easy; the workouts are vigorous, but simply put - IT WORKS! You will feel better than you have ever felt, you will feel younger, more fit, and have more energy. You will accomplish levels of physical fitness you never thought possible and you will be stronger then you have ever been.
